Gradually increase temperature and airflow to allow the filter bag to condition. Monitor pressure differentials and adjust as needed to ensure stable operation.

Regular Maintenance
Monitor system performance regularly. Conduct visual inspections and replace the filter bag when pressure differentials exceed recommended levels or signs of wear are evident.
Avoid exposing the polyester filter bag to temperatures exceeding its maximum rating of 150°C. Prolonged exposure to temperatures above 130°C may reduce service life.
Handling Precautions
Wear appropriate protective clothing and gloves when handling filter bags. Avoid inhaling dust or fibers generated during cutting or installation.
Chemical Exposure
Polyester has poor alkali resistance. Avoid prolonged exposure to alkaline substances and high-moisture environments above 100°C to prevent hydrolysis.
